In silvered bronze, obverse illustrating the bow of the battleship Roma plying the waves, inscribed "R. N." above and "ROMA" below, reverse illustrating the coat of arms of Rome incorporating a she wolf nursing and sheltering the infants Romulus and Remus after they were abandoned, standing upon a pedestal bearing three fasces, measuring 33. 2 mm (w) x 36 mm (h), scalloped designed edges, oxidation spots evident on the obverse,
