A Heer buckle for Enlisted ranks, constructed of grey painted magnetic steel, the obverse bearing a central raised Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, situated within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD WITH US) with oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and claws emanating from a functional roller, maker marked with the logo of Christian Theodor Dicke, Ldenscheid, with a date of 1943, measuring
