Germany, Heer. A Second War Period Heer (Army) Em/Nco’s Belt Buckle Auction 70 mm x 38(Heer Grtelschnalle). Constructed of aluminum, obverse with central Wehrmacht style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) and oak leaves, within ribbed border on pebbled field, reverse with loop dual attachment prongs, attached to brown leather strap, illegible makers mark on reverse, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in better than very fine condition.
