Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by an NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a clip and swivel attachment claws, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code M4 27 for Overhoff & Cie, Ldenscheid, measuring 58 mm in diameter, in extremely fine
