Constructed of silvered tombak, obverse presents with an oval oak leaf wreath, with central NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above inscription of GAU BADEN, reverse with a vertical pinback and makers mark of Fr. Klett, Karlsruhe, measuring 35. 14 mm (w) x 45. 74 mm (h), weighing 14. 5 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
