Albania, People's Republic. A Medal Of Remembrance, c.1950 Auction Archive embroidered Taegukgi of the Republic(Medalja e Kujtimit). Instituted in 1945. Two piece construction, bronze gilt figurine insignia, mounted to a base in silvered bronze with red enamels, measuring 47. 5 mm (w) x 46. 3 mm (h), maker marked "IKOM ZAGREB" on the screwback, fine chipping evident in the red enamels, scattered silvering wear, better than very fine. Footnote: The Medal of Remembrance was instituted on July 9, 1945 and is also occasionally referred to as the "Commemorative
