Strohmeier - Schilcher Frizzante Vegan Wines Enigma Weiss 2021The Schilcher Frizzante from Strohmeier is a special sparkling. Made from the indigenous grape variety Blauer Wildbacher, which grows on the rich local clay soil (known in the area as Opok soil), it gained great complexity and minerality.
