An Early German Silver Grade Wound Badge By The Official State Mint Of Vienna Newly Listed He is buried in WestmountA second war German Verwundetenabzeichen; oval shaped silvered bronze; the obverse pebbled with a Stahlhelm in the centre featuring a large mobile swastika on its side superimposed on crossed swords within a wreath of laurel wreaths with a tied bow at the bottom; the reverse plain with a vertical needle style pin, and a functional hinge catch assembly; measuring 43. 81 mm x 36. 41 mm; weighing 33. 8 grams; better than very fine condition.
