Constructed of nickel silver, the exterior bearing an apparent mirrored depiction of a Luftwaffe Observer Badge consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the interior stamped with an ALPACA mark indicating nickel silver composition, corresponding to a size 9. 75, weighing 3. 7 grams, accompanied by one
