Constructed of silver, the exterior bearing a central depiction of the Luftwaffe Pilots Badge in the form of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a central swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, flanked on each side by clusters of oak leaves, the interior stamped with a silver content number of 835 and an illegible hallmark, corresponding to a
