A 1939 First Class Iron Cross; Marked “L 58”, Cased Hold Indian Medical Department (1-CLIron magnetic core, silvered frame, flat, screw back version, maker marked L 58 on retaining nut, nice original patina, worn condition, retaining nut slightly bent, very good condition; in fitted LDO black case of issue (half etui, without push button), case showing age and wear, good condition.
