Accompanied by records from the National Archives of Canada. Footnote: Eric Morton Cockshutt, born 1895 at Brantford, Ontario and living as a student, enlisted in July 1916 as a Lieutenant. Cockshutt spent his service with the C. F. A. including instruction at the 42nd Ordinance College Course, C. Corps School for Artillery instruction.
