Instituted 5 December 1841 by Prince Konstantin of Hohenzollern Hechingen and Prince Karl Anton of Hohenzollern Sigmaringen. (1932 1965 issue). Constructed of silver with Gold and multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a four pointed radiant starburst, overlaid by a Gold medallion featuring a white enameled centrepiece, in turn bearing a gilded and hand
