In silver, a miniature badge presenting the national emblem encircled in a wreath of oak and laurel leaves, reverse bearing a long singular screwpost, brass screwplate included, the badge measures 23. 37 mm (w) x 31. 47mm (h), remnants of gilt on the wreath, wreath bow at 6 oclock has been disfigured, the badge remains in fine condition.
