Footnote: Harry Brown Hetherington was born on March 15, 1891 in St. Catharines, Ontario. He signed his Officers' Declaration Paper at the Army Medical Corps Training Depot #2 at Camp Borden, Ontario, on September 18, 1916, listing his next of kin as his father, Mr. D. C. Hetherington of St. Catharines, stating that he was
