Constructed of silver with synthetic gems, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse featuring arms inset with synthetic sapphires and set within a pebbled border, joined together through the quadrants by rhombuses featuring synthetic sapphires and cut glass gems simulating white enamels, bearing a central medallion
