It was hopped with a judicious dose of Pacific Jade from our friends at Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, and primary fermented in a large French oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast. Refermented on quite a lot of biodynamically grown Pinot Noir from our buds at Johan
