It was released in 1993, after almost five years of inactivity. The music on the album blends bluesy hard rock and melodic metal, drawing more comparisons to the early recordings of Whitesnake than the epic power metal of albums such as Noble Savage and the subsequent The Marriage of Heaven and Hell Part One.
