Dark berry compote, red liquorice, cherries, spice and chocolate. Medium bodied and silky textured. Red fruits a plenty on the palate, some darker brambly fruits joining the fray. A seamless, long finish of bright acidity, and fine grained chalky tannins built by whole bunch ferment and judicious use of oak. Shiraz is a perfect wine to pair with red meat,
