Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear, red apple and subtle honeysuckle scents intermingle with hints of quince. Freshly sliced pear and green apple flavours have a racy feel across the palate with infusions of lime, fresh herbs and wet stone lying underneath. Finishes dry, crisp and crunchy. Try with
