Coatlicue Mother Goddess Figurine Altars Our parasols are made byCoatlicue is the Aztec goddess of childbirth and fertility. She was also the goddess of earth, both as it's creator and destroyer. The dualism is symbolised by her appearance: her face consists of two serpents and her fingers and toes are claws. She wear a skirt of intertwined snakes and a necklace of hands, hearts and a skull from where she feeds on everything that dies.
