By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are provided to ensure clarity, and mutual protection, and set expectations for our services.


General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but occasionally discrepancies may occur. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about the back-ordered item. You can wait for restocking or opt for a refund for the unavailable product.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed per item and may vary depending on the destination. Shipping fees will be collected at the time of purchase. This fee is the final cost for shipping and will be displayed before checkout.


Delivery Time

  • Standard Orders: It takes 2-3 weeks to craft a custom kilt, followed by 3-4 days for delivery. The total delivery timeframe is typically 3-4 weeks.
  • Rush Orders: Need your kilt faster? Our Rush Order service ensures delivery within 8-10 business days. We prioritize these orders, dispatching them within 3-4 working days.

Please note that, in rare circumstances, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., fabric availability or natural disasters). In such cases, we will notify you if any delays occur.


Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. We can modify your address at any time before the order is dispatched.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery if possible and notify our customer service team. If the parcel was left without your presence and you notice damage, please contact us with the details so we can assist you.


Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes are prepaid, meaning no extra fees upon arrival in your country.

Please Note: For certain European countries, additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Kilt Outfitters.


Remote Area Surcharge

Deliveries to remote or less accessible locations may incur additional charges. If your address is within a remote area, we will notify you of any extra shipping fees before dispatch.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further assistance.
