It is created to be relatively formal with a plain apron in the front and the back apron making it clean and structured with the sides being pleated to add life, comfort and Highland touch. If your waist size lie in even numbers like 30,32 or 38 then order  your accurate size .if you want a comfortable fit then order one size larger then the accurate size. If you prefer a tighter fit then order one size smaller then the actual size.

1. Waist (A)

  • Where to Measure: Around your waist at the height of your belly button.
  • How to Measure: Wrap the measuring tape snugly but not tightly to get an accurate measurement. Ensure the tape is level all the way around.

2. Seat (B)

  • Where to Measure: Around the broadest part of your hips and buttocks.
  • How to Measure: Stand naturally with your feet together. Measure the circumference at the widest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

3. Length (C)

  • Where to Measure: From the belly button to the desired length of the kilt.
  • How to Measure:
    • Kneel down, keeping your back straight.
    • Ask someone else to measure from your belly button to the middle of your kneecap. This ensures the kilt will traditionally hang at mid-knee.
    • Military-Style Kilt: If you want a military-style kilt, measure to the top of the kneecap instead.

Tip: Always have someone assist you when measuring the length to avoid leaning forward, which can alter the results.

    • Stand up straight and measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms.
    • Ensure the tape measure is straight across the back while taking this measurement.
  • Sleeve Length (B):
    • With your arm straight and relaxed at your side, measure from the ball of your shoulder (or the seam of a well-fitting jacket) to your wrist.
    • If preferred, you can measure slightly longer for additional coverage.

2. Waistcoat Measurements

  • Waist (C):
    • Measure snugly around your waist at the height of your belly button.

2. Seat/Hip (B)

3. Inside Leg (C)
